Products

Every effort has been made to ensure that descriptions and measurements are accurate.  Colour representation will vary from computer to computer and where possible a recognised colour name will be used.

Payment

Payment should be immediate and via our preferred payment method 'Paypal'.  However, please don't hesitate to contact us should you prefer to pay by cheque and want to reserve an item.  Items will not be despatched however until payment has been received and cleared in full.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase please let us know within 72 hours of receipt and Garleton Gems will happily refund or exchange.  Please use original packaging as refunds will not be possible should an item be damaged on the return journey.  We recommend that you use Special Delivery to return an item for insurance purposes.

No refund or exchange is possible for earrings, due to Health & Safety regulations.

Every effort is made to ensure that your order reaches you safely, should your order be damaged in transit please contact us immediately.

Guarantee

Your jewellery is guaranteed for 6 months, should a repair/replacement be necessary in this time due to normal wear and tear please contact us immediately.  Repair or replacement will be free of charge but item will need to be returned to us in its original packaging and by special delivery (for insurance purposes).

Should a repair be required after 6 months there will be a small charge for materials and shipping.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us.  We will not disclose any of your information to a third party, any information we collect is used for 2 purposes only; (1) to process your order and (2) for newsletter distribution.
